Website information

Project descriptions and material explanations are general information. Final structural member sizes, roofing specifications, quantities, prices and execution methods are defined only in the approved quotation or project documents.

Images

Project photographs illustrate completed work and construction stages. Site conditions, finishes and structural requirements vary between projects.

Quotations

No website content forms a binding quotation. Prices, taxes, transport, access equipment, civil work, electrical work, permissions and exclusions are governed by the written quotation accepted by the customer.

Warranty

References to a 1-year workmanship warranty are subject to the approved scope, payment completion, intended use and exclusions listed in the quotation. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, follow the manufacturer’s terms.

Site safety and permissions

The customer is responsible for disclosing site restrictions, building rules, property permissions, concealed services and any structural concerns known to them. Project-specific responsibilities are defined before execution.
